Once an amount is successfully debited from the user’s bank account or payment instrument and the corresponding service or value is credited to the FastCash Finx account, no cancellation or refund will be permitted. All payments made on the platform are final once the value is successfully delivered.
If an amount is charged to the user’s bank account or card and the corresponding service or value is not delivered within 24 hours of completion of the transaction, the user must notify FastCash Finx by sending an email to the customer support address mentioned on the Contact Us page of the platform.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to internal verification. If it is confirmed that the amount was debited without successful delivery of the service or value, the amount will be re-credited to the original payment instrument within 21 working days from the date of receipt of the email.
FastCash Finx shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused due to banking networks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
